DeWalt DW622K 1/2in 12mm Variable Speed Mid Size Plunge Router 1400W 240 Volt

The DeWalt DW622K is a 1/2in (12mm) Variable Speed Plunge Router for router bits 6-12mm and is based with all the design features of DW621. It has a precision depth of cut micro-adjuster (accurate to 0.1mm) which ensures precise results. The unique through the column dust extraction for excellent cutter visibility - no adaptor or hose which restrict visibility is required.

The power switch is located in the handle for ease of use and features lock off and lock on actions, the full wave electronic speed control with feedback ensures the selected speed is maintained under any load for a consistent finish in all grades of timber, aluminium and plastics. The soft start function helps to eliminate any small initial movement that might misalign the cutter and it has a two column precision guide with phosphor bronze bushing - the extra broad column provides superior rigidity for the greatest accuracy in this size of router.

The rubber coated handles provide a comfortable grip and their low down position aid control of the router, with the 3 stage depth stop adjustment which enables recesses of various depths to be machined in one operation without time consuming setting up. Spindle lock mechanism for quick and easy cutter changes with a single spanner.
