Makita confirms concrete planer launch

Makita confirms concrete planer launch Power tools users looking to invest in a new concrete planer in the near future might want to take note of a product which has been launched by Makita.

The organisation has revealed that its PC5001C 5' Concrete Planer is now being made available to consumers.

In order to try and help people achieve a consistent planing depth, the tool is set to feature an auxiliary base.

Meanwhile, an adjustable front roller is also included in its design.

According to Makita USA's communications manager Wayne Hart, masons are among those who may be in line to benefit from the use of the product.

He stated: 'It's ideal for masons, concrete finishers, city maintenance crews and more.'

Back in May, the company also revealed that it was making its 2.5 HP High Pressure Air Compressor available to customers, while its new 3-1/2' High Pressure Framing Coil Nailer has also been launched.
